| Location | The Port of Slavonski Brod is located in the international waterway of class IV. The port area Slavonski Brod is connected by road and rail infrastructure with international transport corridor, as well as economic entities of Slavonski Brod. The port is located in the border area with BiH, in X corridor and near X and Vc corridor junction.
Very favourable position on the river of Sava and the exit to the river of Danube make water transport towards Central and South Europe possible. Two airports – of Osijek and Zagreb – situated quite close to the port are another advantage for the traffic of goods and services. | |

| Description | Due to the need to build an adequate dock for mooring passenger ships, the Port Administration of Slavonski Brod initiated the construction of a dock on the left bank of the Sava River in Slavonski Brod. The project for the construction of a passenger dock envisages the arrangement of the coast with a city-type shoreline, which will incorporate a system of mooring for mooring berths for passenger ships. For this purpose, a barge tanker will be reconstructed into a floating station for loading and unloading passengers and mooring of passenger ships and mooring of official ships (police, customs, captaincy). | |
