| Location | The project is located in the North-East part of Lika-Senj county, at the very bottom of the mountain Plešivica in Kompolj Korenički, around 1.5 km from the zone of National park Plitvička jezera. In the radius of 50 km from the location there is a variety of natural beauties such as river spring Gacka, national parks Una and North Velebit, Rastoke and other. | |

| Description | The project development involves the construction of a hotel with a restaurant and a tourist camp on an already existing estate of 27,840 m2. Since the estate is located out of the national park zone, the regulations on construction in the preserved area do not apply.
There is an old indigenous Lika house built in 1920, fully renovated with an accompanying functional water mill. The house itself represents ethnological heritage. The river Matica, rich with an indigenous Brown trout passes through the estate, while the first mini hydro power plant of that region marked the very entrance in the estate. The size of the construction area on the estate is 13,500 m2 and is divided into three zones: a) Camp zone spreading on 10,000 m2 b) Hotel zone with the restaurant and the existing Lika house spreading on 1,378 m2 c) The third construction zone. The construction permit for the tourist camp and hotel has been issued, all communal and water contributions have been paid. The hotel’s foundations have been laid while in the zone camp one of the wooden objects has been finished (service building 72m2 large). Besides construction, project involves the development of accompanying tourist facilities such as riding school, sports and recreation facilities, organic production (trout, indigenous fruit, vegetables, flowers). The water mill can be used ad tourist attraction, while ethno-museum is planned in the Lika house. | |
