- PM – project management (planning, monitoring of the implementation, monitoring of resources…) - DM – document management (either external of the system-produced documents) - CRM – customer relations management In brief, it is a system that covers almost all organizational and IT-related requirements of a company, a part of a larger company or a development team engaged in a specific project. The system operates in practice, has good references and a huge further potential. The aim of investment is a faster growth, further program improvement and expansion to new markets.
