Description | "Eco-village Stonska" includes 40,366 m2 of land and it is located only two hundred meters from the sea. The architectural project envisages the construction of a small village in the form of a diffuse hotel, which will consist of two parts.
I. The residential part situated on aprox. 22,000 sqm consists of one large and three smaller accommodation authentic stone building, planned to be categorized with 4 stars. Each house is designed with a porch that overlooks the common part of the Eco village, and private porch on the other side of the house, swimming pool, outdoor fireplace and a small garden. The materials required for the construction of all the facilities are planned to be in compliance with the natural environment (the original Brač stone is planned to be used), with roofs covered with stone slabs. The basement of the residential zone is to be used for the construction of the reception for guests, kitchen and cellar. The rest of the space is designed for sauna and mini fitness. All objects have a sea view. II. The rest of the land (approx. 18,000 sqm) is planned for the construction of recreational facilities to be used also by the visitors from the surrounding tourist destinations. In this part of the land a construction of six additional objects and the following contents is planned: • restaurant with a view overlooking the entire channel and the islands. • recreation area • olive garden • vineyard • mini oil refinery • wine cellar, tasting room • fishing and farming houses (retail showroom-memorabilia) • 2 tennis courts • volleyball ground • bocce ground • space for horse riding • amphitheater suitable for musical and theatrical events | |
