| Location | The project is located in the municipality of Stubičke Toplice, the famous tourist region of Zagorje in the Northwest of Croatia, just 45 km from Zagreb, the capital city of Croatia and in close vicinity to the border with Slovenia. It is located at the foot of the mountain Sljeme, a home to the one of the FIS Ski World Cup races ("Snow Queen Trophy"). | |

| Description | The project envisages the construction of a tourist complex, consisting of two 4-star hotels with altogether capacity of 121 rooms and sports facilities. In addition to the wellness centre, swimming pool, conference halls, bowling lanes and a wine cellar, the project foresees the land for sports activities. In order to preserve as much green space around the hotels as possible, one hotel features an underground garage. The great benefit of this project is in hot springs located on the site. The estimate water temperature is around 59⁰C. Project documentation is prepared for issuance of the location permit and the whole procedure to the beginning of construction should take about eight months. | |
