| Description | The aim of this project is revitalisation of excavation of the high-quality white stone, marble for architectural - building stone in the quarry "Skalice" and procurement of adequate mining machinery and equipment for operations in the quarry. Quarry "Skalice" is privately owned by the family Martinić, and it was in operation during the 20th century on the foundations of the old quarry from the Roman Empire. The building material, the stone for the construction of the cities of Trogir, Split and Venice as well as for the construction of religious and private buildings and sculptures of all purposes was extracted from this quarry. The project is looking for the investor or buyer of the quarry. | |
