The premises encompass a foundry with a DISAMATIC line whose yearly production amounted to 10.000 tonnes. The factory plant spreads on the area of 230.000 m2 with 6 industrial halls of 35.000 m2. Infrastructurally, the location is connected with gas network of 9 MW installed power, and it has water supply and drainage system. According to the spatial planning documentation of the city of Daruvar, the location is intended for production and mix use. | |
