Business zone Podudbina is located in the Adriatic region; to be more specific in Lika-Senj County on a highway Zagreb - Split. The distance between the zone and the three largest cities - Zagreb, Split and Rijeka is 200 km. The zone is situated 15 km from the highway - highway entrance Sveti Rok; 15 km from the railway station Lovinac and 85 km from the airport Zadar. | |

| Description | The zone spreads over an of 98 hectares and is equipped to a greater extent, with municipal infrastructure. It offers the possibility of developing commercial, service, industrial, institutional and warehouse activities. A number of important businesses are operating in the zone employing about 100 people, with business activities such as the production of electrical energy from biomass, pellet production, processing and production of semi-products from wood, production of harvested tobacco and warehousing areas.
Zone users and investors operating within the zone are offered several incentives by the local authorities, such as: payments in instalments for contracted land prices; partial exemption from municipal contribution payments; payments in instalments for municipal contribution payments; relief for payment of municipal fees; an exemption from fees for connections to the water supply network; company tax exemption (100% in the 1st year of doing business, 75% in the 2nd year of doing business and 50% in the 3rd year of business). | |
