| Description | Company MIPCRO d.o.o is the owner and contractor on the project of the construction of the retirement home and village 55+ ''BANSKI VRTOVI'' in Stara Kapela near Vrbovec (Zagreb County). The land intended for the construction of the settlement ''55+'' adjecent to the retirement home is also in theri ownership. The total building area is approx. 50,000.00 m2 of the land intended for the construction of the retirement home and the related settlements. The owner of the project has so far invested 2.73 million EUR of its own capital into the project (building permits, municipal contributions and other dues, as well as construction of basement structures in the retirement home).
The whole project is divided into three phases: 1. phase - construction of the retirement home with 194 beds with accompanying facilities (9.200 m2) 2. phase - construction of the retirement village 55+, a total of 20 houses with 4 apartments 4. phase - construction of settlements for employees and associates, a total of 20 houses with 4 apartments. For the copmletion of the first phase of the project - the construction of the retirement home - the total investment needed is 9.38 million EUR. The realization of the first phase will create conditions for the realization of the other two phases. The anticipated duration of the first phase is 21 months. | |
