| Project | Marina Brajdica | |
| Location | The site is located in the maritime domain within the Port of Rijeka area. The construction of the marina is planned at the beginning of the city area Pećine, as an extension of the Container Terminal Brajdica. The location is only 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk away from the city center.
The marina is easily accessible by highway via the junction „Draga“, by the newly built city road D‐404, as well as directly from the city center. The local access is provided via a planned service road which connects the marina with Šetalište XIII divizije, the main street of the Pećine area. | |

| Description | The project aims to increase the number of berths and to provide specialized services to nautical tourists coming to the Kvarner area and the city of Rijeka. The construction of the marina has broad public support since a number of berths within the marina will be provided for the local needs, some missing service and maritime facilities will be constructed, at the same time opening the coast towards the citizens.
The project involves the construction of: - Breakwater which is an extension of the Container Terminal Brajdica where cargo manipulation takes part - 118 commercial and 80 non-commercial berths intended for vessels of different sizes within a total area of 63,000m2 - Four small buildings within the marina, with 2,700 m2 of gross geveloped area - Filling stations for vessels within the marina - Arrangement of 125 parking spaces for cars and 20 parking spaces for motorcycles | |
