Description | The business and industrial zone Kukuzovac (GZK) is an entrepreneurial zone of mostly industrial character and it spans on 157 hectares located by the main state road D1 (Split-Sinj-Zagreb). Besides industry, GZK also has a commercial character with athletic and recreational facilities, hotels, fine dining restaurants, parking and similar amenities. GZK has a desirable location in the part of Split-Dalmatia County named Cetinska krajina, being well-connected to the hinterland, the nearby border region with Bosnia and Herzegovina and to Croatia’s second largest city, Split (20 km away, which is the administrative, economical, educational and cultural centre of Split-Dalmatia County).
Total area of the Zone is 155ha and it is divided into three phases (58ha, 40ha, 57ha). The first phase (58ha) has complete infrastructure and the two thirds of the area has been sold. There is 17ha (net) free area to be sold. The second and third phases are fully designed e.g. have location permit and approval of major projects for all infrastructure systems. All infrastructural requirements for investors are in place.
